deSIGNery Signs, Inc. will repair or at its option, replace any foam, gatorfoam, medex, dynofoam, high-density foam or pvc products that we sell that fails due to defective workmanship for a period of 5 years from the invoice date.

deSIGNery Signs, Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding our products.

deSIGNery Signs, Inc. shall not be liable for damages beyond the purchase price and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
